A super way to see in the New Year with a winner at Cheltenham.

‘Jarveys Plate’ confirmed his promising future with a 13 length win in the Listed novice hurdle over 2m4. He travelled very nicely through the race and jumped extremely well to go away from the field from 2 out. He is a very special young horse.

‘Jarveys Plate’ coming back into the winners enclosure led up by Katie.

‘Perfect Candidate’ showed how reliable he is at Cheltenham with a superb round of jumping and a 3rd place. He is such a star for owners Geoff and Donna Keeys.

The Cheltenham Star ‘Perfect Candidate’ schooled by Fern.

‘Alvarado’ ran his usual solid race and William and Angela Rucker decided to retire him straight after. He has been a fantastic horse for Fergal. In his career he ran 36 times and 19 of those races he finished in the first 4!!!! 8 wins. 2 Grand National Places and 2 Scottish National places!!! What a horse of a lifetime!!! He has retired sound as a pound and will enjoy being back at his home in Worcestershire.

Happy Retirement ‘Alvarado’

‘De Name Evades Me’ ran another super race to keep finding more and steal 2nd on the line. He has never been out of the first 4 in all 11 career starts to date. He looked a little outpaced early on in the race and stayed on so well to get the 2nd spot. He is so genuine and consistent!!!

the completely lovable ‘De Name Evades Me’ in the winners enclosure again!!!

‘Pride Of Lecale’ ran a very solid race at Exeter coming 6th. He is such an exciting chaser for the future and just wants the rain to come.

Thanks for reading.
