Tuesday October 31st

I really hate to show off but what a super double we had yesterday. I feel proud for all the team at home that are working so hard and keeping the horses fit and healthy.

I have kept huge faith in ‘Global Stage’ and he delivered yesterday. Paddy gave him a positive ride from the front where he loves to be and when any challenge came to him he went away no problem. He was going away from the last and won comfortably.

‘Socksy’ then doubled up by winning the novice handicap chase. She jumped accurately and loved every minute of it. She stayed on strongly and really wanted to win.

We have 2 runners today.

‘Out Of Style’ runs in a maiden hurdle at 1:15. He is a lovely horse who jumps well. He won his Irish P2P and then he was a solid 4th in a bumper for us last season. Paddy rides.

Then we have ‘Coolanly’ running in the bumper at 4:30. It’s a conditional jockeys race so Richard Partrick rides him. He won his Irish P2P in good fashion on soft ground and seems to be a thorough stayer. The ground may not be soft enough for him to show his best today but we hope he runs a solid race. He is owned by a new partnership called ‘Five Go Racing’. We wish them the best of luck.

Just one runner tomorrow. ‘Owen Na View’ runs in a handicap hurdle at Fakenham tomorrow. Ally rides.
Thanks for reading.
