Thursday December 21st

Christmas is just around the corner so it has been very hectic at the yard. It is still a very busy time at the yard with so much racing all over the country on Boxing Day.

We had a good schooling morning this morning. Alain, Paddy, Brodie and Johnny were all in and the horses all jumped very well.

Some pics from the morning. The weather was a bit miserable so the pictures are a bit dark…..

Brodie on ‘Barrakilla’

Ally on ‘Aye Aye Charlie’ who goes to Newbury at the end of the year.

Alain on ‘No Dice’ who goes to Market Rasen on Boxing Day.

Paddy this side on ‘Cap Soleil’ who runs in a listed mares novice hurdle on Saturday at Haydock and Alain far side on ‘Indian Reel’ who is close to a run and looked really well today.

3 runners today.

‘Ocean Cove’ runs in the 3:15 at Exeter. Today is his debut over hurdles. He ran well in an Irish Point to Point and then he was a good 2nd for us in a bumper at Ffos Las last month. Richard Patrick rides him again for our in house ‘FOB Racing Partnership 1’

Kaitlin on ‘Ocean Cove’ last week.

‘Paul’s Hill’ has his 3rd run for us over hurdles at Towcester in a novice hurdle at 2:25. Paddy rides.

‘Jennifer Juniper’ is our last runner of the day at Towcester in the mares bumper at 3:35. She is in great form so we hope she shows more than he debut run for us at Wetherby.

We have 3 runners tomorrow.

‘Iniesta’ runs on the All Weather at Southwell and ‘Strong Glance’ and ‘Herecomestheboom’ run at Ascot. Very exciting times!!!!

Thanks for reading.
