Saturday November 25th

Another good 2 days for our bumper horses.

I’m sorry to say I don’t have a picture from Market Rasen where ‘Benny’s Bridge’ made a fantastic career debut to win well. Paddy rode him confidently and he cruised up the home straight to win well for the Biddestone Stud racing partnership.

Yesterday ‘Ocean Cove’ ran a lovely race first time out for us in the bumper at Ffos Las. The conditions were very testing so they went steady and picked it up at the end where he got done for a bit of speed by the winner and finished a very strong 2nd. Richard Patrick rode him in our lucky FOB colours and was very happy with the horse. He is owned by The FOB Racing Partnership who were all delighted.

‘Ocean Cove’ in the paddock before the race led up by Tori.

…..And in the winners enclosure with Jockey Richard Patrick after his really pleasing 2nd.

We had a good work morning this morning. It was very crisp and bright!!! Lovely working conditions.

Ally this side on ‘Red Hot Chilly’ and Connor far side on ‘Barney Dwan’

Ally with a new arrival called ‘Red Hot Chilly’ .

Alain with the 3 year old filly ‘Aweeminit’. She is heading for a fillies bumper at Newbury next month.

2 runners today at Haydock. ‘Diamond Fort’ runs in a handicap hurdle at 1:50. He has won his 2 handicaps to date and we hope he is capable of more improvement.

Our Midlands national hero ‘Chase the Spud’ runs in the last race of the day at 3:35. He will love conditions and he is very well at home. Paddy rides both boys today.

Paddy schooling ‘Chase The Spud’ last week in preparation for today.

No runners tomorrow.

Have a good weekend.

Thanks for reading.
