Monday September 3rd

A good run from ‘King Muro’ yesterday. We had to take the chance of running him off a high weight and it nearly paid off! He was only beaten 3 lengths by 2 horses carrying more than 2 stone less than him so it was a good effort.

Connor debriefing owner Martin Rice after his close finish.

All connections of ‘King Muro’ enjoying a lovely day.

Today we schooled a few lots. They were all fresh and well. We welcome Jacob back from his French trip where he worked for 2 months to widen his knowledge and experience.

Jacob on ‘Shows Over’ who jumped really well.

Connor on ‘Oscar Rose’ who ran well over hurdles all of last season without winning so she has potentially a great season ahead.

Nick on the Lovely ‘Lovely Job’.

Connor on ‘Ballyhome’ who is a new horse and new connections to the yard so we hope we can be lucky for them.

Kaitlin has had a full summer holiday of riding out for Team FOB so as a treat she schooled ‘River of Intrigue’ before going back to school Wednesday.

Daisy is also back to school at the end of the week so she got to have a pop on ‘Perfect Candidate’ who was amazing as always.

Thanks for reading.
